Oxfam in Pakistan (OiP) and Human Development Foundation Pakistan hired the services of DCPL for developing the second edition of ‘Bargain it Just—Domestic Resource Mobilization in Pakistan: Exploring Avenues to Address Inequities’
DCPL developed the Training Manual, a Resource Book for masons, designed and delivered the training: titled Techniques of Building Back Safer, DRR and Resilient Shelter Construction in District Sujawal, Sindh. This project was financially supported by USAID through Trust for Democratic Education and Accountability (TDEA) and implemented by LHDP, Badin.

LHDP with financial and technical support from Oxfam in Pakistan implemented a three-year project titled ‘Facilitating Effective Actions for Building Resilient Communities in Pakistan’. LHDP hired the services of DCPL for conducting a study on existing value chains targeted communities rely upon and identifying alternative livelihood options that could be feasible especially for the marginalized groups including women and persons with disabilities (PWDs) to sustain themselves and their families.
With the financial support from USAID through Trust for Democratic Education and Accountability (TDEA), LHDP is implementing a project titled ‘Strengthening Resilience of Coastal Communities in District Sujwal, Sindh’. DCPL developed 20 villages specific HVCRA reports.
